In this short story a boisterous and blood thirsty knight discovers that his pride will be his undoing, and a true hero is born.

Lance is a young man who's beginning to grow bored with life at home. Everything changes when he is given a crystal skull necklace. Suddenly he can do things he can't explain, and it's drawing the attention of creatures he never thought could actually exist. He meets with friends new and old who have crystal skulls of their own. Now under constant attack they look for answers to the mysteries of the skulls.
