On their trip, Steve and his friends meet other treasure hunters who are also searching for Mine Mountain. As the group joins forces with their new treasure hunter friends, creepers attack them. The closer they get to the famed mine, the more the creepers appear. Is this the work of a griefer? Or are the creepers trying to hide something else?

Steve is invited to compete in an elite building competition on Mushroom Island, much to the joy - or jealousy - of his neighbours. His dream house is about to be judged when events are disrupted by an Endermen invasion. Who is their leader, why have they come and will they succeed in destroying the competition?

Steve and his friends have to work out who the real enemy is before they can win this battle. Nobody can go to bed without risking death and a new army of rainbow griefers are on their trail. How can they save the village - and themselves?

During Steve's journey he must encounter spiders in a cave, face hostile chicken jockeys, and get stuck at sea. If he rescues them they will all be rewarded with treasure. But if he doesn't…
