This is a recollection of stories and events that happened to me as I remember them. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when I was in the seventh grade. Currently I am forty six and have not had a surgery ever for this illness. I believe I was able to shift my paradigm to cope for stress which everyone says is the cause for Crohn’s.
