Lateral Puzzles are questions regarding a situation where the answer does not require specific knowledge to be figured out. You might call them riddles or conundrums in some cases. Part of the challenge is to NOT assume anything, which can be very difficult to do. You must think outside-the-box in all instances. Some are so obvious, you'll cringe when you hear the answer.
