Glorious Rain is an inviting collection of authentic and meaningful poems crafted by English poet Phil Hope. The material is uplifting, motivational, rhythmic and flowing. The book takes its' name from a poem Phil wrote after he visited the wonderfully atmospheric St Nectan Falls, near Tintagel, Cornwall; He is often inspired by visits to such amazing places which undoubtedly makes his job as an author and poet appreciably easier.

I enjoy writing material that is unique and hopefully inspires you, the reader, in some way. Each poem tells a story and conveys a message of some kind. I have tried to create material that is interesting and expansive, covering a wide, absorbing range of topics. I naturally try to engage the reader to encourage thought, using ‘sparks of creativity’ as a catalyst in this quest...

Writing Crossroads was quite simply a labour of love. It took me a little longer to write than I had originally expected; This was due to me trying to produce a good range of material that matched the quality of my previous works, Chasing Rainbows. There is quite a variation of topics, which hopefully make the read interesting and enjoyable. Much of the material has been written in a way that is thought provoking and importantly offers inspiration to the reader.
