Thoughts in Poetry is the perfect title for my book as the words reflect my thoughts during different phases of my life. Some poems are dedicated to "special" people and others, to the valuable lessons I've learned over the years.

This book is about Survival, and reaching out to all that have suffered depression or any other mental illness.Its about releasing pain and heartache that follows us through as we make our journey in life, and we need Hope Hope for things to go well, Hope for all is well.The thoughts that are behind the Poems are my own battle of dealing with depression, but Faith, Hope, and Love will pull us through the ups and downs.
