This cookbook is packed full of delicious recipes that are both easy and family friendly, not to mention healthy. I know, I know, you’re going “Healthy is boring.” To which I say, it really isn’t boring, well to me that is. A lot of these recipes aren’t your typical ones either. I've made a few adjustments to some of the ingredients to be more "Diabetic Friendly". Stories will be told along the way as you read each recipe, and learn of from my experiences.
