Over the course of more than a year, I labored over the creation of this book, which I consider to be my masterpiece. It is the only book that provides a clear plan on how to work your way up the corporate ladder from the bottom up, and it is currently the only book available on the market. It gives advice to people who are just starting out in management, as well as those who have been doing the job for a long time. 1997 was the year I first started working in the corporate sector.

Why this report, why now? We began 2020 in bright spirits and bountiful economic conditions; by early March all that had changed. Economic adjustments were made and, overall, firms ended the year in much better shape than their spring worst-case projections anticipated.
